| 内容記述 | 本報告は,1993年度から2002年度にかけて著者が流通経済大学にて担当した統計学概論の受講者による授業評価アンケートの結果を分析したものである。受講者は,テキスト,教員の話し方,教員の板書,授業の進め方,練習問題の内容,練習問題の実施,実習の実施,授業のペース,授業の内容,授業への満足度,受講者の出席度,以上11の項目について5段階評価を行った。1998年度以降は,これらの項目に加えて,教員の授業態度,授業内容の理解度,受講者の授業態度の3項目が追加された。分析は,1)受講者による評価の変化を時系列でみる,2)項目間の関連性について分析する,3)「統計学の授業評価」と全学共通の「授業アンケート」の結果から両者の相違点を整理する,以上の観点から行った。主な結果は以下の通りであった。1)評価に変動が見られた項目は,「話し方」,「板書」,「練習問題の実施」,「実習の実施」,「ペース」,「内容」,「満足度」であった。このうち,評価が下降傾向にある項目は「話し方」と「板書」,評価が上昇傾向にある項目は「練習問題の実施」と「実習の実施」であった。ただし,練習問題や実習の実施といった能動的な活動を求める項目に対する評価は,2002年度において下がったことから,今後の傾向に配慮した対応が必要と考察された。2)項目間の関連性について,年度別に相関分析と因子分析を行った結果,1993年度から2000年度までは,共通の項目群によって構成される『授業方法』因子と『授業内容』因子が抽出された。これに対し,2002年度については,因子を構成する項目群に相違点が目立った。2002年度以降は,OMR対応の出席カードの採用により,出欠確認調査を毎回実施することが可能になったので,この影響があるものと推察された。3)「統計学の授業評価」と全学の「授業アンケート」において,共通する質問内容に対する回答を比較したところ,全学の「授業アンケート」の方にプラス評価が多く観察された。この理由として,全学の「授業アンケート」では,回答用の選択肢の順序がプラス評価からマイナス評価の順に並んでいることが指摘された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report is an analysis of students' estimation on the course of General Statistics which I lectured from 1993 to 2002 at Ryutsu Keizai University. Students were asked to grade 11 items in 1993 thru 1996 and 14 items in 1998 thru 2002. The original 11 times were "text", "way of speaking", "blackboard writing", "process", "quiz content", "doing quiz during the class", "doing exercise during the class", "pace", "lecture content", "degree of satisfaction", and "degree of attendance". Additional three items were "teacher's attitude", "degree of comprehension", and "student's own attitude". The data were analyzed in three points of views:1) sequential analysis of mean values of each item, 2) factor analysis of 11 items or 14 items by year, and 3) comparison between the results of author's research and those of university's research. Main results were the followings. 1) Sequentially, seven items showed changes; "way of speaking", "blackboard writing", "doing quiz during the class", "doing exercise during the class", "pace", "lecture content", and "degree of satisfaction". At present, "way of speaking" and "blackboard writing" gets lower grade than before and "doing quiz during the class" and "doing exercise during the class" gets higher grade than before. Considering the fact that these two items were not graded so high in 2002, careful plans will be required in future. 2) Factor analysis extracted two basic factors as "teaching style" and "teaching content", consisting of the same items, from 1993 thru 2000. In 2002, however, it was not the case. Year 2002 was different in the point that a roll call was done at every time. There is a possibility that this difference would affect students' responses to the questionnaire. 3) Comparing the results of author's research with those of university's research, more positive or favorable answers were observed in the university's research. This would be because alternative choices for an answer were ordered from positive to negative in the university's research, which was contrary to the author's research. | |||||
