A positive support of the promotion, strengthening, and the foreigner coach is necessary to use Human Resource. On the other hand, to improve, Fund distributes the scholarship and the reward to the athlete. However, it is not a large sum at all compared with the major country. An Australian team cooperated with a local university to establish the center to recover to the Beijing city.
